1- No space or service will be considered free unless expressly indicated; 2- Subsequent requests for space or service may require different rates and conditions. 3- 7- DAMAGE: Drilling holes in walls and floors, installing coverings of any material, or applying or placing posters using adhesive products on walls, ceilings, or floors are not permitted. Any damage to equipment owned by the Center will be charged to the Client. Upon the end of the event, the Client must remove, at their own expense, all equipment, personal effects, and documentation brought into the Center's premises. 8- IMAGE RIGHTS: Use of the Center's logo is not permitted, nor is photography or videography permitted inside the Center unless authorized by the Center. 9- RULES: During their stay at the Center, the Client is required to observe the Center's standard operating rules, recognizing that these are essential for maintaining order and safety, the Center's reputation, and its normal management activities. 10-THIRD PARTIES: The Center will not allow third parties to provide catering services within its facilities. 11-CANCELLATION POLICY: The customer has the right to cancel according to the following conditions for reservations made 10 days in advance: Cancellations for the entire event (rooms, equipment, accommodations, and catering) up to 10 days in advance can be canceled without penalty. Cancellations for the entire event (rooms, equipment, accommodations, and catering) up to 7 days in advance will incur a penalty equal to the deposit. Cancellations for the entire event (rooms, equipment, accommodations, and catering) up to 3 days in advance will incur a penalty equal to 70% of the estimated total revenue. Cancellations for the entire event (rooms, equipment, accommodations, and catering) up to 1 day in advance will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the estimated total revenue.
